You will receive a lab order and intake forms to complete. All labs must be completed at least 5 days prior to appointment. 3. Come to your appointment. 4. Set up your plan. 5. Start your medication! 6. All follow-up appointments are done virtually or in-person at 3 months then every 6 months, follow-up labs are required every 3-6 months depending on the individual. 7.
