Meet Tia Hopkins, MSN, APRN-CNP
With nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare, Tia Hopkins, MSN, APRN-CNP, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and the founder of TIA Revitalize. Her diverse clinical background includes experience in intensive care, urgent care, long-term acute care, skilled nursing, mental health and addiction care, post-operative care, and hospice.
Throughout her career, Tia recognized that many patients wanted more than simply treating symptoms—they wanted to better understand their health, feel heard, and have a provider who had the time to look at the bigger picture. That vision inspired TIA Revitalize.
Today, Tia focuses on preventive care, health optimization, hormone health, medical weight management, wellness, body optimization, and aesthetics. She takes a personalized approach to care, considering each patient’s symptoms, health history, lifestyle, goals, and overall well-being when developing individualized treatment plans.
Tia is passionate about helping patients look good, feel better, and live revitalized. She believes healthcare should feel personal—not rushed or one-size-fits-all. Her goal is to create an environment where patients feel comfortable asking questions, understand their options, and are active participants in their healthcare decisions.
As a lifelong learner, Tia continues to expand her knowledge of evidence-informed wellness, preventive health, hormone optimization, aesthetics, and emerging treatment options to bring thoughtful and innovative services to her patients.
Above all, Tia believes every patient deserves to be treated with kindness, dignity, compassion, and respect, regardless of their background or where they are in their health journey.
Outside of the practice, Tia enjoys spending time with her husband and son, traveling, experiencing different cultures, being outdoors, and creating meaningful memories with the people she loves. Her own appreciation for health, family, and quality of life continues to shape the way she approaches patient care.
Tia’s philosophy is simple: healthcare shouldn’t only be about treating illness—it should also be about helping people feel their best, protect their health, and live well.
